What is Body into balance wellness?

The human body is designed to heal itself, and every person has both the wisdom and capacity to do just that. Within each person’s subconscious mind resides all the answers to the questions of what imbalances exist in the body and what needs to be done to resolve them.  This includes identifying issues such as what pathogens to eliminate; which foods to possibly avoid or add; which old trapped emotions and patterns to release; what structural misalignments to correct and which toxins need to be removed.

The Emotion Code®, Body Code®, and Belief Code® are gentle, bioenergetic, mind-body healing methodologies that enable practitioners to access the body’s subconscious mind to uncover those specific imbalances and address them. What is uniquely powerful about this modality, is the ability to address past trauma, emotional “baggage” or unwanted thought patterns. Body into Balance Wellness utilizes this holistic, non-invasive precision process, applying principles of kinesiology or muscle testing, to ask questions of the body and provide bio-individual feedback. This allows us to create a unique protocol designed just for you to help you achieve your health goals.

Our sessions will be:

  • Personalized

    Our initial session will be dedicated to assessing your current wellness, identifying your health priorities and addressing your immediate needs through personalized energy clearing and lifestyle recommendations. This can all be accomplished by energetically connecting remotely.

  • Multi-Faceted

    Like the layers of an onion, the body’s issues must be peeled back one-by-one in order to get to the root causes. It is recommended that you plan on at least five to ten video sessions in order to address these multiple levels of healing. Appointments are conducted via FaceTime, Zoom or Google Meet from any location.

  • Integrative

    Since achieving wellness is more than just exercise and diet, I will also be clearing unwanted emotions and energetic patterns, as well as educating and guiding you toward other helpful practices such as mindfulness, detoxification, aromatherapy, and more.
